Are Nature's Purpose meals "food allergy" friendly?

Some Nature's Purpose meals contain common allergens as ingredients. However, you can find a list of ingredients for each menu item, and rest assured, our processes maintain a strict no-cross-contamination policy. Make sure to check before you place your order!

How many ounces of food is included in each Nature's Purpose meal?

Small Meals: 6 ounces total -2 ounces of Protein and 2 - 2 ounce Sides
Medium Meals: 12 ounces total - 4 ounces of Protein and 2 - 4 ounce Sides
Large Meals: 18 ounces total - 6 ounces of Protein and 2 - 6 ounce Sides

Where can I find the MACRO breakdown (total calories, fats, carbs, & proteins) for Nature's Purpose meals?

Each individual meal page includes the MACRO break down.

Does Nature's Purpose offer any vegetarian options?

Some of our Signature Meals have the option to remove the proteins. You can also find some vegetarian options on our Al La Carte Menu!

How long are Nature's Purpose meals good for?

Each meal container includes a label with the expiration date and a freeze-by date. The meals last 3-5 days in a cold refrigerator. We recommend consuming the meals fresh and advise against freezing them for more than 30 days.

How do I order Nature’s Purpose meals?

You can find ordering instructions on our How It Works page!

Please note that we do not accept orders over the phone. If you need help ordering online, please Contact Us for assistance or click the live chat button on our website.

When do I need to order by?

Weekly orders close on Thursdays at 12:00PM for delivery on Sunday between 8:00AM-9:00PM or Monday 9:00AM-2:00PM.

Any orders placed after 12:00PM on Thursday will be scheduled for delivery the following Sunday or Monday.

My order won’t go through on the website.

Some common fixes:

Delete your browsers cookie data
Double-check that you have the correct billing address for the card that you’re using. Even though your shipping address is where you are having your meals delivered, your billing address needs to match the address assigned to your card.

I ordered but I don’t have a confirmation receipt.

It may take up to 3 minutes for the confirmation email to process. If you don’t see it after a few minutes, please check your Spam folder or reach out to us for further assistance.

I missed the order cutoff, can I still get my order this delivery cycle?

Any orders placed after the cutoff time will exceed our allocated quantities and will be scheduled for production and delivery the following weekend.

How do I make my order recurring?

Once you've placed an initial order, each week we will place your order for you and process payment. You can contact us if you need to pause or stop your recurring order, or if you'd like to add or remove items. Any changes must be submitted by 11:00AM on Thursdays.

What are Nature's Purpose delivery fees + deliverable locations?

Local Delivery: Our website will automatically calculate your delivery fee based on where you are located in the valley. We currently service the following cities listed below:

Tempe, Mesa, Ahwatukee, Chandler, Power Ranch, Chandler Heights, Gilbert, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Greyhawk, Pinnacle Peak, Carefree, Anthem, Arrowhead, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Buckeye, and surrounding areas.
Delivery fees typically range between $5-$12 depending on your location.
Deliveries are FREE for orders over $150.

Partner Pickup: $2 delivery fee. Choose to pick up your meals at one of our Partner Pickup Locations. Please note that you do NOT have to belong to the fitness center!

What is the difference between the "At home" delivery option vs. "Not at Home"?

At Home Delivery: You will be home to receive your delivery. No insulation or ice packs will be included in the packaging.* Our team will make an effort for a face-to-face handoff upon delivery. If we're unable to connect, we'll leave your package at your doorstep and take a photo of the delivery.

Not At Home Delivery: You will not be home to receive your delivery. Your meals will be packaged with insulation and ice packs. Our team will make an effort for a face-to-face handoff upon delivery. If we're unable to connect, we'll leave your package at your doorstep and take a photo of the delivery.

Partner Pickup: If you choose delivery to any of our Partner Pickup Locations around the valley, upon delivery your meals will be stored in a Nature's Purpose refrigerator.*

*All meals are are held at refrigeration temperatures during transportation.

Can Nature's Purpose deliver to my work?

We can deliver to your work place on Mondays between 9:00AM-2:00PM.

Please include any necessary details or special instructions to help our drivers in the notes section of your order. Be sure to select Monday as your delivery day from the ‘Delivery Date’ drop down menu.

Can I pick up my meals?

Yes! You can pick up from any of Nature's Purpose Partner Pickup Locations.

What should I do with my old packaging and meal containers?

Please leave the packaging material and ice packs outside by your front door, and our delivery driver will pick up the old materials when they deliver your next order. Please discard or recycle all meal containers at home. They are great for re-use and are microwave/dishwasher safe!
